The Features of ANCA GCX Linear Machines:
1.The MTC motor temperature control system ensures that the grinding spindle maintains a constant working temperature and the grinding position size of the grinding wheel remains constant; Simultaneously utilizing the internal dynamic balance of the grinding machine to ensure the optimal working state of the grinding wheel, ensuring dimensional accuracy and lifespan.
2. The high-precision work head rest has 10 times the grating indexing ability of the standard head rest, greatly improving the indexing of the cutting tool, minimizing the pitch error between teeth, and ensuring the basic accuracy level of gear processing.
3. With the support of the AEMS sound sensing system, the detection accuracy of grinding wheel dressing can reach the micrometer level. Realize precise calibration and dressing of grinding wheels, and achieve online dressing of diamond grinding wheels by diamond rollers.
4. By utilizing ESCO professional software for gears, it is possible to achieve auxiliary design and verification of gear to gear cutting and gear shaping cutters.
