PM China & CCEC & IACE China 2023 Shanghai was grandly opened in Shanghai World Expo Hall from May 31 to June 2, 2023. Moresuperhard brought vitrified grinding discs, vitrified diamond grinding wheels, resin diamond grinding wheels, cutting discs, internal cylindrical grinding and other high precision diamond tools to this exhibition.
The exhibition site was exceptionally hot, and there was a constant flow of people at our booth (H2-E717). We attracted high attention and recognition from ceramic parts, magnetic materials, carbide and other production and processing enterprises, and provided them with professional solutions through the communication and discussion with many intended customers.
The exhibition hall of 40,000 square meters, gathered 761 Chinese and foreign enterprises, exhibiting the latest technology in the field of powder metallurgy, advanced ceramics, magnetic materials, additive manufacturing, nearly 1,000 exhibits, to achieve the maximum degree of accurate docking and results transformation. Due to the high hardness and brittleness of ceramic materials, most of the processed vitrified components will produce various types of surface or sub-surface damage, which will lead to the reduction of the strength of vitrified components and thus limit the adoption of large material removal rates. For efficient grinding of vitrifieds, the fundamental goal is to obtain the maximum material removal rate while maintaining the surface integrity and dimensional accuracy of the material.
Abrasives superabrasives provide excellent surface quality on vitrified surfaces while maintaining high grinding efficiency.
Moresuperhard's double endface grinding discs, the upper and lower discs simultaneously grind both planes of the workpiece with high precision. It is suitable for processing products requiring high precision on both ends such as bearing rollers, inner and outer rings of bearings, electronic parts, carbide inserts, ceramic parts, aluminum alloys, copper, auto parts, air conditioning valve blades, inserts, etc.
Moresuperhard provides customized precision vitrified grinding, lapping and polishing services and solutions. Ceramics are difficult to cut precise and complex contours with common machining methods. Diamond wheel grinding process is an effective process for processing ceramic materials. The precision contouring accuracy tolerance of this grinding process is less than 0.005mm. The machining process includes efficient diamond wheel profiling and dressing technology and vitrified profile grinding process.
