JM Series Precision Leveling Machine

I. Main Functions and Usage Introduction of Precision Leveling Machine
The JM120 precision leveling machine is designed for the product characteristics of ultra-thin textile machinery parts, clock parts, electronic instrument parts, and other sheet and strip materials, thus featuring the following characteristics:
1. Wide Applicability
This machine can level materials with thickness 0.2–1.5mm, width less than 120mm, length greater than 30mm, and yield strength σb ≤ 300MPa, including all carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous alloys, and other sheet products as well as coil materials. It is also an ideal matching equipment for pre-stamping leveling of high-speed stamping coil materials. At the same time, it is a relatively ideal process equipment for eliminating material stress and avoiding deep drawing cracks.
2. High-Leveling Precision
After leveling with this machine, the workpiece can achieve a flat, smooth, and uniformly colored surface, with flatness ≤ 0.05mm (based on a 50x50x1mm Q235 sample plate).
3. Easy Operation and High Efficiency
This machine adopts stepless speed regulation, allowing the workpiece to automatically pass through the leveling machine at a line speed of 5.5-10m/min. Once the leveling parameters are adjusted, the machine can operate continuously without requiring other operational skills.
4. Low Energy Consumption and High Safety
The total power of this machine is less than 1.5kW; it causes no environmental pollution; low noise; and complete safety protection measures.
