The diamond roller is designed with the same profile as the bearing inner ring guide. It accurately dresses the grinding wheel, enabling consistent, high-precision grinding of the workpiece.

Optimized Dressing Parameters

We used a small speed ratio and fine feed rate to ensure stability and surface quality:
  • Dresser speed: 15–20 m/s
  • Grinding wheel speed: 60 m/s
  • Feed rate: 0.003 mm per pass
